Description
Lavapools is a hardcore arcade game, all about dodging death in a rising hell. You play Krusty, a crab whose child have been kidnapped by a terrible octopus. But as he was looking for him, Krusty fell into the octopus' deadly traps! And now he needs you to escape from this evil place and rescue his progeniture. There are no weapons in Lavapools. It's a game only about dodging, pure skill and understanding regular patterns. Be careful though, while levels get more and more dangerous...
History
Lavapools started out as prototype for the global game jam 2014. At the time, the idea was only to revive the "Escape mods" of Warcraft 3 that Tavrox loved so much. After that he decided to keep on working on it, while his friend Ludo started doing the graphics and level design. Finally, Paul and a friend of his took care of the music. And that's how the small prototype became a full game. Lavapools is available in early access on our website, do not hesitate to try the free demo and buy the latest alpha it if you like it, in order to help us improving the game!
